Developer · Opole, Poland

I build and develop websites and web applications. My day-to-day work on commercial projects gives me practical experience, while in my spare time I bring my own ideas to life and improve my skills in algorithms.

About me

Hi! I'm Sebastian, a 17-year-old studying programming at ZSEk in Opole.

I started programming at the age of 12, writing my first programs in Python. At technical school, I soon became interested in building websites and web applications. Over time, I began putting my skills to use in both personal and commercial projects.

Beyond building websites and web applications, I'm also interested in maths and algorithms. I'm currently learning C++ and developing my skills in algorithms and data structures by working through NeetCode 250. I see my future career as a Software Development Engineer.

Alongside that, I'm gaining professional experience at Depcore and working on my own projects.

Hourly

Hourly is a staff scheduling app. Instead of planning shifts manually, you can generate a schedule, review warnings and make adjustments. Staff and schedules are managed in one dashboard.

  • The generator accounts for staff availability, shift types and staffing rules.
  • The calendar displays planned shifts and flags issues with working hours.
  • A staff dashboard and data import and export make it easier to manage the team and completed schedules.

Tour de App

Think different Academy is a course platform I co-created for Tour de App. I was responsible for the frontend and interface design, from page layouts to their implementation in React.

  • A homepage introducing the platform and providing access to courses.
  • A course catalogue with search and status filters.
  • Teamwork from the initial concept through to presenting the project to the jury.

We placed 12th out of 150 teams from across Europe and qualified for the grand final in Brno.

Plakatowo

An online store for music posters, with a storefront for customers and a dashboard for day-to-day operations. Alongside the shopping features, I also worked on SEO.

  • A cart and ordering flow, from choosing a poster to checking the order status.
  • Online payment integration and discount codes.
  • An admin dashboard for adding products and managing orders.

Tour de App - Grand Final in Brno

Together with Bruno Szewczyk, I reached the final of the international Tour de App 2026 competition. We placed 12th out of 150 teams from across Europe.

In Brno, we had 9 hours to build a working application for Think different Academy. There was no ready-made specification, so we gathered requirements directly from the client and chose the features we could deliver in the time available.

After coding, we presented the app to the jury, demonstrating how it worked, which requirements we had met and the decisions we had made as a team.
